We understand the realty market, and we will assist you to know what features and benefits are important to buyers if you are taking re sale into account. We are cautious of not "over capitalizing" if we feel you are at risk of this. We know how to create the "wow factor" whatever your budget.

Bonnie and I would like to thank you both and your team for your work on our renovation and extension. It was a difficult job to take the exacting design concepts and requirements that we had in mind and turn them into reality; but we can say without question that our kitchen has exceeded our very high expectations.
Throughout the design and specification your product knowledge, trade experience and most importantly patience, crafted our ideas into a beautiful kitchen that did not compromise any of our specific requirements for functionality, even if it did mean finding new ways to achieve our desired result.
It was a pleasure to work with you both, and the team. We are extremely happy with the finished project - you should both be proud of the high standard of the design and fit out. It's a shame we won't be building more kitchens in the near future, but we will be happily recommending you. Attached are a couple of snaps, please feel free to use them as needed for promotion.
